Zeller Preservation provides historic preservation guidance to owners and advocates of historic buildings. Specializing in building history research, National Register nominations, Historic Structures Reports, and historic building design consultation, Zeller Preservation creates resources to help clients better understand, preserve, and protect their historic buildings. Zeller Preservation was founded by Becky Zeller. Becky has over a decade of experience consulting on a variety of preservation projects, from Civil War era barns to Italianate theaters. With a background in design and construction, Becky understands the necessary balance between preservation best practice and the reality of project budgets and schedules. She is able to provide tailored service to clients depending on their project goals.
